2. Scope and legal framework
This notice explains how EMERGE BUSINESS SERVICES processes personal data in connection with this website and contact enquiries. It is drafted with reference to UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 Regarding the Protection of Personal Data (UAE PDPL). Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to our offer or a particular processing activity, its requirements apply in addition. The domain ending or company location alone does not determine applicability.
3. Data we process
When you enquire with us, we may process your name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp contact, the content of your message, business setup information, language preference and technically required usage data. For website security, server logs may include IP address, access time, requested URL, referrer, browser type and operating system.
4. Purposes and processing basis
We use data to respond to enquiries, enable pre-contractual communication, keep the website secure and operational, and meet legal duties. Where consent is required, we obtain it before processing; for enquiries, we also process data where needed to handle the request or otherwise permitted by the UAE PDPL. You may withdraw consent for the future at any time. Where the GDPR applies, pre-contractual enquiries are handled under Article 6(1)(b), necessary security measures under Article 6(1)(f), legal duties under Article 6(1)(c), and consent-based processing under Article 6(1)(a). Providing contact data is voluntary, but we cannot respond without a reachable contact address.
5. WhatsApp contact; contact form paused
The contact form and server-side lead delivery are temporarily disabled. No form enquiries are currently sent to Resend through this website. Please use WhatsApp for new enquiries and privacy requests until email contact is enabled. A click opens WhatsApp as an external service; a prefilled message is not sent automatically. We receive your details only when you send the message yourself there. WhatsApp/Meta privacy and usage terms also apply. Please do not send special-category personal data unless expressly necessary and agreed. The published company email remains info@emerge-uae.com; it is not currently an enabled enquiry channel.
6. Hosting, technical providers and transfers
Technical providers engaged for website delivery, security and maintenance may process data to the extent required. This website is provided through Manus. The website domain dubaigruendungsberatung.de is registered and its DNS is managed with GoDaddy. The separate email domain uses DNS management at Hostinger. Hosting and technical providers may process connection data and server logs to deliver and secure the website. If data is transferred outside your location, we use appropriate organisational and contractual measures and consider the requirements of the UAE PDPL and, where applicable, other mandatory data protection laws.
7. Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as needed to handle an enquiry, meet legal duties, establish, exercise or defend legal claims, or maintain necessary records. Data is then deleted or anonymised unless a statutory retention duty applies.
8. Your rights and contact
You may contact us at info@emerge-uae.com to request access, correction, updating, deletion or restriction of your personal data, or to withdraw consent. Rights and timeframes are governed by the UAE PDPL and any other mandatory law that applies. Where the GDPR applies, rights to portability and objection and the right to complain to a competent supervisory authority may also apply. GDPR requests are generally answered within one month, subject to lawful extensions. This website does not carry out automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects.
9. Cookies and stored settings
Your cookie choice is stored in your browser. Audience measurement is enabled only after consent, if a measurement service is configured. You can change your choice through Cookie settings. Tax-check answers remain in the current session. Only if you actively select the summary and then click the WhatsApp link is it prefilled there as editable message text. You must send it yourself in WhatsApp; this website does not send the message.
